如果产品出现质量问题,请于收到货品之日起七天内联系客服微信 goloveca或者电子邮件 info@golove.ca 进行处理,提交照片和视频给客服,经与生产厂商核实确属产品质量问题的,我们将提供免费换新或者发放store credit。
Since all kinds of products sold on this website are private items or consumables for personal use, in order to protect the interests of you and other consumers, we are not be able to return or refund the products sold unless there are obvious quality issues of the products. If you have any questions about product use or product quality, please feel free to contact our customer service, we will be happy to serve you.
If there is a quality problem with the product or you receive a defective, please contact the customer service WeChat goloveca or email us via info@golove.ca within seven days of receiving the product for processing, and submit photos and videos to the customer service representative.
